Youtubers Life 2 is a single-player life simulator from Spanish developer U-Play Online & Raiser Games. U-Play also made 2017's Youtubers Life and also brought us Esports Life Tycoon. After character creation, the game starts with an invitation to live in the fictional NewTube City. Home to a community of YouTubers, you choose which type of content you want to create and record your way to the top. Youtubers Life 2 is similar to the original game and the world expands outside the character's home. I and my drone companion could take photos and film vlogs outside too. There are also quite a few pop culture references and some tongue-in-cheek humour to be found. Interacting with the other residents of NewTube City is a major part of the game. If you were playing any looter game in the early 2000s, it was probably Diablo II. This game, back in the day, was considered a masterpiece and now it has a fresh coat of paint, and boy does it look good! Broken Blades is the debut game from developer Pirates Game Studio and is published by Golden Eggs Studios & West Wind Games. It is a 2D rogue-like platformer set in a fantasy dungeon full of various creatures and monsters. After the tutorial, I learned the game doesn't waste time. Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan Review

Rainbow Billy is a colourful, wholesome, fun-packed game developed by ManaVoid Entertainment. It was originally a Kickstarter project back in May 2018 but has since won Ubisoft Indie Series Grand Prize and received funding from the Canada Media Fund. Looking back at the Kickstarter after having played the game it's easy to see where the extra time and funding have been used to improve the initial showing. The World of Imagination has fallen under a curse, cast by the monochromatic, evil Leviathan. Xuan Yuan Sword 7 is an action roleplaying game that is rooted deep in Chinese history and mythology. Xuan Yuan Sword 7 - Sun Tzu Would Be Proud The fact that the Xuan Yuan Sword series has been around for 30 years and I've never heard of it has blown my mind. With this instalment being the first one to hit the west. I'm sure there will be many more fans of the franchise because it just seemed to be overshadowed by other RPG juggernauts like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. Encased has officially broken out of Early Access as of September 7th, 2021. It can be found on Steam and Epic as well as GOG. The game is a single-player tactical sci-fi RPG that is set in an alternative timeline of the 1970's, after the Cold War. Encased began as a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2017 for developer Dark Crystal Games and is published by Prime Matter (Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Outward, Kingdom Come: Deliverance). Explore the Dome in Encased I wasn't entirely certain what to expect from Encased when I first took a look at it. I don't have a whole lot of experience with turn-based combat or tactical games such as XCOM or Gears Tactics. Tails of Iron first appeared on my radar a couple of months ago and there were a few things that drew me to it initially. Firstly was its unique 2D art style, it reminded me of medieval tapestries and I love the medieval era. Secondly, the narrator kicked in and he happened to be the one and only Doug Cockle. You may know him as Geralt of Rivia (or RATvia now?) from The Witcher series. Lastly was how interesting the story sounded with the characters. The game arrived and the description said "punishingly brutal souls-like combat". Just those words sent a shiver up my spine, as it has taken me many attempts over five years to get past the first boss in Bloodborne.
