As I look out into another September rainy day I long to be somewhere else. Like a Mediterranean coastline town. Where I could watch life bustle by as I sit in a café admiring the pastel buildings and the turquoise blue of the sea. Unfortunately, I am not lucky enough to be there. If you're a LEGO and Star Wars fan then you've probably spent some time drooling over the Ultimate Collector Series. It's the pinnacle of detail within the Star Wars LEGO space, but these big collector pieces come with big price tags too. It doesn't stop me staring at them every time I'm in a LEGO store though. LEGO Ideas Minifigure Vending Machine Revealed

The latest LEGO Ideas set has been revealed, and it's none other then the LEGO Ideas Minifigure Vending Machine set. With a classic retro-inspired vintage style this buildable vending machine is a conversation-starting display piece. The set was submitted by Belgium-based Fan Designer, Rob Vangansewinkel, as part of the LEGO Ideas programme. Talking about his design, Rob said, “As a kid, I had a real vending machine at home and loved it - so the idea of creating a working LEGO brick version that dispenses minifigures just clicked. I started with a digital version of the model and posted it on LEGO Ideas. Once upon a time in a land far away, I wrote a preview of the newly released LEGO Beauty and The Beast Castle set. The time has come for me to share the full build with you all. Let's not wait for the last petal to fall, let's get into this review. Tale As Old As Time This is not a small set, but being a Disney castle would you expect anything less? The 2916 bricks are divided across 21 bags. Whilst the instructions span 2 thick booklets. Ok who had LEGO Mini Bust on your LEGO Marvel bingo card? Yep that's right, LEGO have shared details of new Marvel character mini bust builds. And not just any Marvel characters, but Iron Man and Iron Spider-Man. In the flesh, er, in the LEGO brick! These are marketed as 18+ but from what I've seen this is because they are designed to be display builds, rather then play sets. Let's take a closer look at them.
