We Who Are About To Die is a roguelite gladiator simulator with a heavy focus on physics-based combat. It is currently in Early Access and under solo development by Jordy Lakiere. The game recently hit its two years in Early Access mark by celebrating with content patch v0.7, adding a significant amount of content. You can check it out now on Steam. Overthrown is a new game hitting early access today, December 5th. Created by Brimstone and published by Maximum Entertainment, the game itself is a city builder with you being its ever watchful Queen. I’ve seen TikTok videos of Overthrown and it looks pretty good. Towers of Aghasba is a new open-world exploration and adventure survival game by Dreamlit Games. This is the first game by the indie studio, and an ambitious one at that. The self-published title is available now as an Early Access title both on PC via Steam as well as on PlayStation 5. I’m going to take a shot at starting my own company in a new simulator, comedically called Beff Jezos Simulator. Honestly, I never thought someone would create it, but here it is. And it’s launching in early access on Steam today! Gotta start from somewhere. Gameplay After you’ve made your company sign, you’re instantly thrown in and can start working. Essentially you have a computer and a willing to build an internet empire! Use your computer to purchase stock, then once it’s delivered, resell it for a higher price. Purrrifiers: Cleaning Chaos – PC Demo Preview

Purrrifiers: Cleaning Chaos is a co-op chaotic twist on the cleaning simulation genre. It is currently in development by Rubens Games (Pool Cleaning Simulator) and FreeMind Games (House Builder, Aquarist) with publishing by FreeMind Games (aka FreeMind S.A.) and PlayWay S.A. It's not surprising that indie game devs can create experiences that delight us consistently. Many indie projects in recent years have been a direct result of game jams during the pandemic years. However, what does surprise me is the growing genre of rogue-like score attack games that take influence from casinos.
