Radio Viscera Review

From the development studio Fireface, under the publication of Alliance comes Radio Viscera. What we have here is a top-down shooter that's a bit different in Radio Viscera you don't have a gun as such, it's more a tool that knocks enemies back into perilous traps. Fireface is made up of just one man, that man being Owen Deery. I was quite surprised to learn that one man was behind this, as it's quite polished and really does run well, but we'll get to all that later. The walls are weak... Destroy them Being a fan of indie games with an arcade-like feel, I was excited to give this one a go. How did I get on? You'll have to carry on reading to find that one out. If you enjoy this review, you can check out my previous article, where I gave a preview of Terra Nil here. As always you can cat...

Developed by Voolgi and published by HypeTrain Digital, SuchArt: Genius Artist Simulator is a creative simulator like no other. Arming you with all the equipment you need and more this title could take digital creativity to a new level. SuchArt: Genius Artist Simulator is due to be released on 14th July 2021 and will be available via Steam and on the Nintendo Store on the Switch. "I don’t listen to what art critics say. I don’t know anybody who needs a critic to find out what art is" - Basquiat Not many people really know, but I love art - Especially abstract expressionism. I have based many of my projects on the works of Jean-Michel Basquiat throughout my art studies. Over the years I have lost touch with it, but slowly I am starting to put paint to canvas (whatever that may be). So nat...

Red Solstice 2: Survivors Review

Fresh from the loins of devs Ironward Games and published by 505 Games, Red Solstice 2: Survivors is one heck of a futuristic blood bath!  Falling into the real-time top-down tactical genre there is a real feel for this sequel of a mash between Diablo and Xcom 2. The number of times I died I really want to add Cannon Fodder to that list. Red Solstice 2: Survivors - Real-Time XCOM I couldn't wait to see how this game played having heard a few good things from fellow writers.  Time to blast some zombie mutant aliens!  If you like what you see, remember to give us a like, share and follow so that you don't miss out on all things TC! Gameplay The year is 117 AE (After Earth).  With a virus threatening to end mankind (sounding familiar?) it is down to you and your squad to fight mutants...

Railroad Ink Challenge Review

Developed and published by Horrible Guild, Railroad Ink Challenge started off as Kickstarter. However, it wasn't for the video game, it was for the original board game version. The campaign was ridiculously successful and the board game became a reality. Due to its popularity, we are now blessed with a digital version of that exact game. A stunningly designed simplistic puzzler! I haven't dabbled in a puzzle game like Railroad Ink Challenge in quite some times so I am extremely excited to see how I get on with it. Since moving over to PC I have played nothing but multiplayer titles, keep reading to find out how I get on. Gameplay In short, the main game within Railroad Ink Challenge is to build railways and highways to connect the highest number of entrances and exits. Sounds easy? How...

It was released on June 18th, 2021 for Microsoft Windows. Someone who gets to know me well will notice one of my passions quickly, I'm a huge sci-fi fan.
