PES 2018 Review – Championship Candidate or Relegation Reject

As someone who has been a keen PES player since its first release back in 2001 (when it emerged like the Phoenix from the ashes of International Superstar Soccer). This is a review I’ve been looking forward to doing. The release of these games reminds of the start of a real football season when you have the hopes and dreams of your team pulling something out to amaze you. Have Konami done that to us this year? Necrosphere is a platform game developed and published by Cat Nigiri. This indie game already has three rewards under its belt from Brazil's Independent Games Festival 2017. These awards are Best Brazilian Game Finalist, Best Gameplay Finalist and Innovation Finalist. Necrosphere is a lightweight contender weighing in at 400mb with the Deluxe Edition. Have they hit the nail on the head or is the game now lacking? Gameplay Aporia: Beyond the valley starts with no information about who you are, what you are doing there or even why you are doing it. F1 2017 Review – Racing Got A Little Faster

With Codemasters returning to form last year with F1 2016, it left me wondering "How can they make this better?" Well with F1 2017 they seem to have been able to do just that! The new box art features some new drivers on the grid as well as the biggest smile from Daniel Ricciardo you will ever see. Why nobody else is smiling will be a mystery forever. I reckon Ricciardo just let out some gas and is loving it! With new regulations, new cars, new drivers, Codemasters have once again absolutely smashed it out of the Red Bull Ring with this game. Puzzle Showdown 4K developed by Kingdom Games (the devs behind the "Five" series on Steam) and published by 70 Times 7 LLC is a jigsaw based puzzle game that is available both on the Playstation store and Steam.  I must admit that when I was asked to review a jigsaw game I really thought it was going to be some horror/survival type featuring the well known doll from the Saw series.  How wrong was I!!  Instead of blood and all manners of fiendish traps I was faced with a family friendly jigsaw puzzle based game in which I am to try and piece together aesthetically pleasing 4K wallpapers on my screen.
