Rocket League Season 4 Starts August 11

Psynonix recently announced that Rocket League Season 4 will go live on August 11th on all platforms. With this new season comes a new Rocket Pass, a new arena, new Limited Time Modes (LTMs), a new tournament, and more. With the Rocket Pass Premium, players will have access to the new Outlaw car and 70+ tier items such as the No-Name Topper, Tanker Wheels, Amikoo Decal, and Lava Boost. Deadeye Canyon Arena will be available for standard Playlists. On August 12, 2v2 Heatseeker will go live as the featured LTM. On August 19, the Speed Demon LTM will go live. Speed Demon “combines mutators, the speed of Boomer Ball without the wild bounces, demos on contact, and a fast respawn timer.” Spring Loaded will be added later in the month. Physical Editions of Spiritfarer Now Available for Switch, PS4

iam8bit and Thunder Lotus Games recently announced that for the first time physical editions of Spiritfarer are now available for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. In addition, a 96-page digital art book, six collectible postcards, and a sticker stamp set will be included as well as a digital download card for the Spiritfarer soundtrack, composed by Max LL. iam8bit will also release a 2xLP vinyl soundtrack at a later date. And for those who love a good collector’s edition, there will be a “robust” Spiritfarer CE coming out in the future. Developer Ember Lab announced on Wednesday that Kena: Bridge of Spirits will be delayed until September 21, citing the need to “polish the game across all platforms.” In the announcement, the Ember Labs team explained: “We made the difficult decision to delay the release of Kena until September 21st to polish the game across all platforms. The team has been working extremely hard and we feel the extra time is critical to ensure the best experience possible. Crysis Remastered Trilogy Coming to Consoles in Autumn 2021

Koch Media and developer Crytek recently announced the return of the classic FPS series Crysis. Crysis Remastered Trilogy will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Autumn 2021. A retail version of Crysis Remastered will also be coming to the Nintendo Switch around the same time. Crysis Remastered Trilogy will include the single-player campaigns for Crysis, Crysis 2, and Crysis 3. Ubisoft Delays Release Dates for Rainbow Six Extraction and Riders Republic

Ubisoft recently announced a change in release dates for both Rainbow Six Extraction and Riders Republic. Originally slated to be released on September 16, 2021, Rainbow Six Extraction has been pushed back to January 2022. Riders Republic will now see an October 28, 2021 release date instead of its September date. According to Ubisoft, these delays will allow players more time to test and give feedback on these games. This will also give the developers more time to polish the games prior to release.
