0 Newcomer Panteon Studio recently announced their debut fantasy adventure puzzle game, Disturbing Forest. In a press release, creator Mateusz Kuliś explained:
“In Disturbing Forest, we transport the players to a unique fantasy world. It’s a mysterious and quite dark place, full of challenges and fear-inducing situations. We are preparing a diverse gameplay – it’s a puzzle and adventure game, where we discover the plot not only through interacting with specific characters, but also the environment itself. In order to maintain the right balance, we’ve added – among others – elements of monster slaying and fighting for survival in a hostile world. Disturbing Forest also offers a quite demanding difficulty level”
Players will dive into this new world to discover the secrets that lie within. Using detective mode, players can solve puzzles by searching for things unseen. In addition to survival and crafting elements, there is some light combat. The game features:
- a puzzle adventure;
- a unique fantasy world;
- combat, survival and crafting;
- detective mode;
- a challenging difficulty level.
There is a free prologue, Demon’s Path, currently available on Steam. Disturbing Forest is scheduled to be released in Q4 2021 for PC and in 2022 for Nintendo Switch.
