LEGO Horizon Adventures Comes To LEGO?!

It's been a while since we had some cool gaming related LEGO news to gush about. Like our review of the LEGO Fortnite Peely Bone set last month. Ahem. But today, the LEGO Group announced the launch of a new playset based on the recently-released game LEGO Horizon Adventures. This means, that we'll soon get to enjoy Aloy and Varl adventuring in virtual and physical brick form! It seems it was only yesterday I was writing about the latest LEGO Animal Crossing sets. That was in fact 20 days ago. How time flies. The LEGO Group has recently launched a new app: LEGO Play. This new creative app replaces the previous LEGO Life app which was launched in 2017. With a target audience of 6-14 this app is centred around embracing and encouraging creativity. LEGO Board Games: More to Come

Building Board Games Together: The LEGO Group and Asmodee Partnership. That's the strapline from the official press release. It summarises everything rather nicely and yet not quite enough. Earlier this year the LEGO Group announced a partnership with Asmodee to create a board game called Monkey Palace. It seems this partnership is going well as the companies have entered into a multi-year partnership. What does this mean? It means more LEGO Board games! Dotted Games has entered the chat.
