Mega LEGO Gaming Set Release Day

October 1st is not only the start of spooky season, but a great day for LEGO Gaming Set fans. Today sees the release of six gaming related sets, with four of them being LEGO Fortnite sets! The good news doesn’t stop there either though. We’ve covered the news of each of these sets previously, so I won’t go over the sets in as much detail as previously, but check out the rest of the article to see what LEGO Gaming Set haul you can pick up today!

LEGO Fortnite Durrr Burger – Set 77070

Starting the collection off strong we have the LEGO Durrr Burger. This is the smallest of the new sets coming in at just 193 bricks. Whilst this may be a small set, it has enough character to be a must-buy for all OG Fortnite players who will recognise this fast food chain mascot a mile off.

LEGO Fortnite Supply Llama – Set 77071

Next up is the LEGO Fortnite Supply Llama. Another iconic character that has been brought to life in 691 bricks, the Supply Llama is packed with details. Not just outside, but inside too! This set will come with drops such as a Grappler, Slurp Juice, Rough Ruby, Backpack, Good Luck Charm, Slap Juice and Dynamite. What more could you want?

LEGO Fortnite Battle Bus – Set 77073

This amazing 954-piece brick replica of the famous hot-air balloon bus hybrid features a removal roof, rolling wheels and all the details you’ve come to know and love about the Battle Bus. LEGO Fortnite Peely Bone 18+ – Set 77072

Rounding off the LEGO Fortnite collection is the 18+ LEGO Fortnite Peely Bone set. This is actually my favourite of the collection and not just because it’s nice to have a set aimed at adults within a gaming collection! All 1414 bricks combine to make the coolest collectible with moveable arms and detailed accessories such as Peely Pick Pickaxe, Paint Launcher and Banana Bag Back Bling.

LEGO Shadow the Hedgehog Bust – Set 77000

So what does the LEGO Shadow the Hedgehog set actually feature? Well it goes without saying, and yet I’m still typing this, it’s ultimately Shadow’s head made of LEGO. The iconic red and black quills point backwards, as the head bust clicks onto a grey column stand with a nameplate at the base. As we have come to expect from LEGO there are a few Easter eggs within the build too. These include a Chaos Emerald and 3 Gold Rings.

The LEGO Super Mario World: Mario & Yoshi set uses a 2D build to bring the pixelated joy of our 16bit childhood to life. Mario may be an icon but we all know the real fan favourite is his trusty companion and stead, Yoshi. The Yoshi fun doesn’t even end once you’ve built this 1215 masterpiece. Nope. Just as with the PAC-MAN Arcade set, you can turn a handle or dial for interactive fun! Turn the handle at the base to see Yoshi run with Mario on his back!
