RoboDunk is a Roguelite fast-paced arcade basketball fighting game releasing on the PC and Switch. Today I'm going to be looking at a new rogue-lite title from a small indie development team. Rightfully, Beary Arms - the debut title from Daylight Basement Studio - is launching into Early Access on July 27th and I've been playing it over the past couple of weeks to take a look at what's on offer so far. Trouble Juice is a rogue-like, twin-stick, 2D side-scrolling platformer featuring some questionable beverages. The fast-action gameplay is loosely wrapped in the premise of a Hunger Games-like competition, broadcast across the Universe. Halls of Torment is a fantasy horde survival roguelite. It is developed and published by Chasing Carrots (Good Company, Pressure Overdrive). You can find it out now in Early Access on Steam. Halls of Torment is Another Steam Deck Staple I've never really been into horde survival games. I held out a long time before finally picking up Vampire Survivors when it suddenly became so popular. But once I did get around to it I could understand why. Halls of Torment is looking like it will be the same way. I've already added it to my list of games that will always be available on my Steam Deck. Shardpunk: Verminfall is described by its developer as a "tactical squad-based survival strategy game, based in a steampunk, rat-infested world". Developed by Clockwork Pile and published by Retrovibe Games, Shardpunk: Verminfall is available for PC. It is available now and will set you back £9.99/$11.99 on Steam and will require 3GB of storage. Survival of the Rattest Now, I'll start off the same way the game does, by telling you that Shardpunk: Verminfall is not an easy game. Basically, you're going to die. Hellcard PC Early Access Preview

Hellcard is the latest deck-building roguelike adventure from Thing Trunk (Book of Demons). It is now available in Early Access on PC via Steam with publishing by Skystone Games (Undying) and Surefire Games (Riftbreaker). Players can fight through dungeons solo or co-op, upgrading and building up their deck to bring down the paper armies of darkness once again. They May Be Paper, But They Still Do Damage in Hellcard If you have not yet had a chance to play Book of Demons, I sincerely hope you take the time to do so. It's a lot of fun, presents its own challenges and is easily worth the value. Knowing the fun I had in Book of Demons, I couldn't pass up the chance to play Hellcard too. Aces & Adventures – PC Review

Aces & Adventures is the latest release from Yogscast Games (Golfie) alongside indie publisher Triple B Games. The game is a deckbuilding fantasy RPG where combat is powered by poker. Luckily for me, you only need to know the main combinations of hands available. The closest comparison I've played is Slay the Spire but Aces & Adventures definitely is making its mark on the deckbuilding genre. Aces & Adventures is available now on Windows PC. Aces & Adventures up's the ante in this high-stakes fantasy game I was excited to play Aces & Adventures as I'm a fan of the genre and Yogscast Games. Saturnalia comes from the creative minds at Santa Ragione. It is inspired and influenced by the folklore of Sardinia, Italy.
