Hello Kitty Island Adventure – PC Review

Hello Kitty Island Adventure has made it's way from mobile to the big screen. Developed and published by Sunblink, Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available now on Steam for £36. It's also available digitally on the Nintendo Store. I am a big Sanrio fan and let me tell you I have been counting down the days to be able to write this review! A tropical island for me to spruce up, this sounds familiar... Porting a mobile game to PC and console is always a big risk. Does this break the mould? If anyone can do it, it would be Hello Kitty and her pals. Right? Let's find out. Gameplay Hello Kitty may have studied to be a professional baker in France, but one thing is for sure, never trust her to bake cakes on a plane. Unless you want to end up stranded on an abandoned theme park island wi...

Astronomics – PC Early Access Preview

Astronomics is a top-down space mining and exploration game by Numizmatic (Light Fingers). It launched into Early Access on Steam just yesterday i.e. February 10th, 2025. Best Mining Game since Deep Rock I'm always up for a chance to check out a new space or sci-fi game. Especially if they involve mining space rocks like in Astronomics. I wasn't looking for something that felt overly complex like Elite Dangerous or EVE Online. Astronomics caught my eye for looking simple and enjoyable at my own pace. Anything that brings something close to those Stardew Valley vibes, right? Gameplay Astronomics is a casual, yet exciting adventure of asteroid mining. As an employee of Cube Corporation, you'll mine your "claim" in space by landing on space rocks passing through. Do so by gathering al...

While Waiting PC Review

While Waiting is the latest release from indie developer and publisher Optillusion (Moncage). This point-and-click narrative game depicts the unnamed male protagonist's life at various key moments. The premise intrigued me as you can let events happen passively or actively participate to make entertaining moments happen. The game is full of tongue-in-cheek humour, and heart as you relate to the main character. It even had me belly laughing at times, something a game hasn't made me do in a while. While Waiting is available now on Steam and Nintendo Switch. Life pauses for no one in While Waiting Gameplay While Waiting begins with a child-friendly and humourous version of conception and birth, which immediately sets the tone for the rest of the game. This sequence introduces the mechani...

Let’s Sing 2025 – Switch Review

Released back in November, Let's Sing 2025 has brought karaoke to wherever you are. Developed by Voxler, Published by Plaion and released on pretty much every console out. We were lucky enough to get sent a press box that contained some awesome goodies, thanks again Plaion! Of course the bit we were most interested in was the game itself, oh, and the microphones of course. Tone Deaf or Pitch Challenged? Do you have a favourite karaoke track? The smallest member of the TC Mini Crew begged us to do Sweet Caroline. Not sure what that is all about, but we went with it! Although heads up, if you're looking to play this with small children, the official age rating on this game is 12. This is mainly down to the large catalogue of songs available to you, especially with the VIP Pass, but alwa...
