Misfit Village brings us their new game set in the SCP Universe. It’s named Go Home Annie and has us step into the shoes of D-level personal who attempts to uncover some harsh truths. The game is available right now on Steam for £16.75. Please be aware this article contains gifs that may include flashing lights and patterns Annie are you okay? I’ve always loved the SCP Foundation lore, although I wouldn’t say I know it extensively. Its main appeal to me is the actual SCPs. An SCP is an object, creature, anomaly, or humanoid that breaks the rules of nature. Some of my favourites are: SCP-024, SCP-3000, and SCP-662. The Thaumaturge is a text heavy based isometric role-playing game developed by Fool's Theory and published by 11 Bit Studios. In a world of horror big hitters like Resident Evil and Silent Hill, it can be hard to come up with something that reinvents the genre in a way that is successful and even more terrifying than the bigger players in the game. Rat Cliff Games decided that it was time to take the reins with their new first-person horror Among Ashes. When I saw the first trailer for Among Ashes, I initially skipped it. Currently Playing – Metaphor: ReFantazio

The main game taking up a lot of my time is Metaphor: Refantazio, which came out this October. I’ve enjoyed it so far, although outside of review games, I have only played Persona 5. JRPGs are something I enjoy, but usually when it’s turn-based, it’s a little hard for me to really get stuck in. The story of Metaphor: Refantazio is both simplistic and complicated, which I don’t mind. It’s a typical "try to change the world for the better by finding like-minded individuals" game. The way they go about dealing with harsh topics is interesting with the game dealing with Classism and Racial Bias. I still haven’t gotten used to how the calendar system works, which frustrates me at times. Such as dedicating days to help build bonds and then some for grinding out levels for my archetypes....
