The PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for March have been announced. These are available from March 4th for all PlayStation subscribers. Remember that even if you don’t plan to play these games right away, you should still add them to your library so you can check them out later (as long as you have an active sub).

Dragon Age: The Veilguard | PS5

Longevity: 30hrs+ | Trophies: 53 (incl Platinum)
Metacritic: 82 | OpenCritic: 80

Dragon Age returns with it’s 4 main instalment, The Veilguard, sequel to 2014’s Inquisition. While this entry in the series made changes to the exploration and combat aspects of the previous titles, it has received mostly favourable reviews, as demonstrated by it aggregated scores.

“When a pair of corrupt ancient gods break free from centuries of darkness, the vibrant land of Thedas needs someone they can count on. Rise as Rook, Dragon Age’s newest hero.”

Sonic Colors: Ultimate | PS5

Metacritic: 74 | OpenCritic: 74

Join Sonic as he races through colourful levels in this ‘Ultimate’ remastered version of the game, originally released on the Nintendo Wii. This remaster improves the visuals and music, with better FPS and a re-recorded soundtrack, along with other gameplay additions.

“The evil Dr. Eggman has built an interstellar amusement park – but he’s powering it with a captured alien race called ‘Wisps’. Use Sonic’s speed to free the Wisps and gain their amazing powers as you explore six unique worlds, filled with hurdles to overcome.”

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection | PS4, PS5

Genre: Beat ‘Em Up
Longevity: 14hrs+ | Trophies: 14 (incl Platinum)
Metacritic: 79 | OpenCritic: 81

The Cowabunga Collection contains not 1, not 2, but 13 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games, released between 1989 and 1994. Included in those games are the original NES trilogy and 3 versions of Tournament Fighters.

“These retro nostalgia trips come with a range of new quality-of-life features, including online play for certain games and local couch play, the ability to save anytime and rewind, button mapping, unique development art & sketches, historic TMNT media content and more.”

Don’t Forget

February’s PlayStation Plus games are still available to claim, up-to-and-including March 3rd. As a reminder, those games are High On Life, PayDay 3 and Pac-Man World Re-Pac. Make sure you get them added to your library before they’re gone. For more information on those titles, you can read our round-up here.
