Pokémon will be celebrating it's 30th anniversary in January and whilst many of us UK fans are hopeful for a Pokémon Center annoucement, the Pokémon company have thrown a curve ball. Rather than announcing a Pokémon Center pop-up, they've instead announced a Pokémon x Natural History Museum pop-up store! Marking the first of its kind with a UK museum, this will no doubt be a must visit for fans. Off On Another Merch Adventure Now I can see you wondering why a Pokémon x Natural History Museum collab? What links the two to make this not such a random partnership? Well, the Natural History Museum and Pokémon share an interest in the natural world and its creatures. Especially evolution and environments! For example in the Pokémon world, Pokémon can evolve into many forms which allow them to...

Tubbz Opens Metal Gear Solid: The Orange Box Pre-Orders

Tubbz has long been the brand that is synonymous with cosplaying ducks. Now the brand has gone full tactical with a figure that redefines the phrase "thinking outside the box." Can you call a PVC duck a figure? Either way get ready. The Metal Gear Solid: The Orange Box TUBBZ (First Edition) is now available for pre-order! ! I bet you didn't think the Metal Gear cardboard box could get more iconic. And yet here we are. Together sharing in the knowledge that this limited edition duck box exists, and I very much want it. As someone who lives and dies by, sometimes quite literally, the cardboard box tactic, I can't think of a better Metal Gear collectible. Making a Tactical Splash As with all Tubbz products this is an officially licensed collectible. The Metal Gear Solid: The Orange Bo...

SDCC always has the best reveals. That's a fact. And a very big reason I long to attend one day. This year is no different. What is different is this new statuette from Mighty Jaxx's luxury statue product brand Superkraft Lab. In a move away from their previous Transformers: Till All Are One and Batman: Birth of Justice pieces, the premium line has unveiled a legendary succubus from the iconic Darkstalkers game series. That's right, it's a Morrigan Statue. Before you fall in love be warned though, this is not your average collection piece, nor does it have the price tag of one! Beauty and Darkness When this news landed in my inbox I admit I stared at the pictures an unholy amount. I just could not get over the level of detailing in the images. It makes me wonder how awe-inspiring it must...

AdHoc Studio Join Forces With Critical Role For Exandria Game

AdHoc Studio, developer of the upcoming superhero workplace comedy game Dispatch, have announced a partnership with the TTRPG hotshots over at Critical Role. This deal appears to be a lucrative, two-way street that brings new productions to both entities. Roll For Initiatives We first heard whispers of the possibility of a Critical Role video game back in 2021. Back then, a Variety article covering the success of the at-home table-top campaign turned worldwide phenomenon mentioned the group's forays into other media, including an 'in the works' video game. At the time, Critical Role cast member Liam O'Brien admitted that doing a video game successfully takes a lot of time, and nothing has materialised since. However, after an initial meeting in October 2024 between the AdHoc Studio and C...
