Ruiner Review – Cyberpunk Bloodbath

Ruiner is a Cyberpunk anime stylised top-down action shooter. It's the debut release from Reikon Games and produced by Devolver Digital. Before we delve too deeply into the world of Ruiner, as its Reikon Games' debut, I just wanted to give you a little info into their background. Reikon is a studio based in Warsaw that was founded in 2014. Four veteran game designers who have such titles as The Witcher Series, Dying Light and Shadow Warrior to their name. NBA Live 18 returns for another year that, in previous years, has been dominated by a certain other basketball game. However, EA Tiburon have returned with what they feel could be the game that puts them back on top. Let's have a look and see! Beat the Game is the first offering from independent studio Worm Animation. With several nominations and an award, Beat the Game should be well worth a look. Formed in 2013 in San Francisco, Worm Animation are definitively into the Sci-Fi genre and character art, so let's have a look to see if they are bringing anything new to the table.
