Yunzii have done it again; they’ve released a piece of hardware that keeps the cost down but offers great performance. The Yunzii M2 Dual 8K Wireless Gaming Mouse, to give it its full name, is a great budget mouse for all gamers. What does it skimp on, though? Retailing for around £60, there must be something. We will find out for sure.
8K is better than 4K
Coming in 4 different colourways, we went for the pink version. There is, however, a white, black and orange version, and I have to admit, they all look awesome!
Design Features
On a high level, this mouse has some great features. With up to 30,000 DPI, you get a precision sensor allowing you to be incredibly accurate in your movements. Especially brilliant if you play a lot of FPS games. The lift-off distance is adjustable between 1 and 2mm depending on your grip style. This gaming mouse delivers incredible performance for any situation, whether you are gaming or not.
Weighing only 63g, the lightweight mouse is comfortable, and the carbon fibre texture gives you a non-slip and sweat-resistant grip. It instantly feels premium in your hand, whether that is a medium- or a large-sized hand. Its ergonomic design is perfect for casual or competitive users. Its lag-free 8000Hz response time means that not only do you have a comfortable and responsive mouse. You are also getting a reliable mouse where the movements you take are instantly related to your on-screen actions.
A lot of the settings of the mouse are customisable via a web browser app, ensuring that your computer isn’t weighed down with bloatware. Whether you are using it via Bluetooth or the 2.4GHz option, it will react to your every minute moment. With a great battery, it will last for a decent amount of time before it needs to be plugged in. The only complaint is that the DPI and Battery indicator is on the underside of the mouse. Meaning you can’t instantly glance at either setting. This might not be that much of a bother to you, but it also might be a deal breaker.
The biggest saving grace for this mouse and one that overtakes any little niggle is the price. All of that mouse for that price. Phew!
Final Thoughts
The Yunzii M2 gaming mouse offers some premium features alongside a massively appealing price tag. It has gone straight into the daily driver area in the TCHQ and will be there for some time. Being lightweight, responsive, reactive and comfortable, it is easy to recommend this mouse to anyone looking to get a budget upgrade
