New Super Lucky’s Tale – PS5 Review

With the world literally and figuratively burning as humanity marches ever forward towards annihilation, memories of a carefree childhood playing colourful 3D platformers feel like a surreal hallucination rather than something that actually happened. A simpler time when games shipped feature complete and bonus character costumes were unlocked with double jumps and not our wallets. New Super Lucky's Tale burrows its way onto PlayStation 5 on the 26th March to show, once again, that 3D platformers can still shine in 2026, even if it still needs a little polish. Project Songbird – PC Review

First thing's first, I have not looked into anything about Project Songbird. And I have not played anything else by Connor Rush or FYRE Games. Which means I will be going into the game blind, besides knowing the basics: it's a horror narrative, and we play as an artist named Dakota. Crabmeat – PC Review

I love a good fishing game, especially when they attempt a bit more of a horror type one. Like Dredge, or About Fishing. This time we play as a Crab fisherman in Crabmeat! A game developed by Nicholas McDonnell and Mitchell Pasmans. It looks rather interesting, and I am hoping for some nice creepy ambience with it. But with all that said, you can pick up Crabmeat on Steam for £6.69, that's not bad. If you haven't got the money now, then a demo is also out for Crabmeat. So you have no excuse not to try! Who would have thought that we'd ever see the Legacy of Kain series again? Well, after last year's Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered, it looks like the franchise may be back! Potentially, but we'll have to wait and see, as the latest game, Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered, is another remaster. Fatal Frame 2 Remake – PS5 Review

I'm so happy to be checking out the remake for Fatal Frame 2. Personally, I think it was the best of the franchise after going through them a while back. The game brings with it better visuals and new story content. And, from what I have heard, a new ending. If you never had the chance to play the original version then this might be your best chance. Who know? It is available on PS5 for £44.99, with a Deluxe version also up for grabs. With that edition, you will get some outfits for the twins, a charm, soundtrack, and art book. Inky Blinky Bob looks like it might be inspired by Choo-Choo Charles. As we take a mode of transportation, explore various islands, and hope we aren't eaten by a monster. Esoteric Ebb is a high-fantasy isometric open-world RPG, where you play as bumbling cleric Ragn. It is developer Christoffer Bodegård's debut game, published by Raw Fury (Blue Prince). Set in the fictional city of Norvik in an original setting with a rich world of lore and history. An explosion at a local tea shop ignites the story as a political conspiracy unfolds. Solateria PC Review

Solateria is an Action, Adventure Metroidvania from the creative minds at Studio Doodal. With publishing assistance from Shinsegae Information. Solateria has the look and feel of Hollow Knight, but with a heavy lean into parrying. Yes, I know what you're thinking. This is the second game in a row that has the Protag being fire based. With leaning hard on parrying being the main mechanic. The game is actually a blazing time that would have you learn your enemy's pattern and timing. Almost like a Souls like game since executing a perfect parry brings in more damage. So grab yourself the energy of your choice of energy drink and remember the golden rule when attempting Metroidvania bosses. Get some sleep and try again another day. Cosy Caravan – PC Review

Cosy Caravan is a cute little game about spreading happiness, by helping out, and making grub. Sounds like my kinda place! If you are looking for a whole new cosy game about travelling with a giant fluffy bumblebee. Then this game might be for you. Cosy Caravan is out now on Steam for £16.75. Collector’s Cove – PC Review

I will be checking out a new cosy game by VooDooDuck. We play as a Collector, in Collector's Cove, who aims to be the best and hopefully meet our parents one day. Before that can happen we need to team up with our new aquatic friend, the FableFin and fill up our book. It looks relaxing, and something to switch off your brain too. If that sounds like something you need, then it is out on Steam now! Gotta plant'em all, collect-a-thon!
