Every Minecraft player knows one of the essentials of the game is the crafting table. This trusty utility block has been there for players for 15 years now. That’s right, originally released in 2009, Minecraft is celebrating it’s 15th anniversary this year! To mark the occasion LEGO have released a spectacular homage to the beloved videogame. The Crafting Table.
A top notch build
It’s another good day to be a gaming LEGO fan. Not only have LEGO released new Animal Crossing sets, but we’ve also got The Crafting Table (set number 21265) hitting shelves today too! This set is also the first Minecraft set within LEGO’s For Adults range. And what a great collection piece it is. The set recreates the game’s iconic Crafting Table but with a twist. Within the Crafting Table are five mini build modules. These in turn feature twelve of the game’s biomes: Taiga with a drips; tone cave, Plains with a village, Ice Spikes with an igloo, Cherry Grove with an abandoned mineshaft, and the Deep Dark with a lush cave. That’s not all. Included in this set are also eight microfigures: Steve, Alex, a skeleton, a witch, a Creeper, a villager, a cow and a pig.
I’ve not even got to the best bit. These mini builds and microfigures detach from the main model and can be displayed in a variety of ways. There are even stickers featuring popular Minecraft phrases. Swap them out to personalise each display. The LEGO Minecraft Crafting Table truly is yours to craft as you please!
