New Physics
The Gran Turismo July 1.49 Update features a marked improvement to the physics simulation model used for the suspension on the cars. This enables a more natural cornering. Which in turn adds further polish to an already fantastic driving experience.
The tyre wear, heating and response has also been improved to more closely match real performance. And speaking of real life, French Tyre manufacturer Michelin has been added to the game

Returning from the original game is Kleine Scheidegg. With its constant elevation changes, this technical layout features a series of tight hairpin corners twisting left and right and very little room to maneuver.
The track is located below the famous Eiger in the Swiss Alps, which is also being added to Scapes as a featured curation.
Gran Turismo Sophy
Those up for the challenge can test their GT skills against Sophy, the Gran Turismo next generation racing AI. Look out for the Sophy icon on the quick race menu of the following tracks:

The ‘World Circuits’ events are as follows:

Players can expect the update to land on their PlayStation console at around 7am BST on July 25th.
