Pinball FX is a name we have seen quite a bit in the Pinball gaming arena. However, recently Zen Studios have released Pinball FX with a ton of major updates since its previous release. A free-to-play Steam title with the option to add more tables at a cost, the question is - Is it worth it? Shardpunk: Verminfall is described by its developer as a "tactical squad-based survival strategy game, based in a steampunk, rat-infested world". Developed by Clockwork Pile and published by Retrovibe Games, Shardpunk: Verminfall is available for PC. It is available now and will set you back £9.99/$11.99 on Steam and will require 3GB of storage. Originally announced in October 2021, today sees the release of the Creature Collector-JRPG Cassette Beasts, developed by UK-based Bytten Studio, and published by Sweden-based Raw Fury. Oni: Road to be the Mightiest Oni is the latest game from game developers Kenei Design & Shueisha Games. They are a team of five who had the goal of creating a small but feature-rich world full of character and adventure. The game was released on 3rd March 2023 on all platforms after two years of development. Eeny Meeny Miney Oni Oni: Road to be the Mightiest Oni is a game steeped in Chinese culture and nostalgia. The developers' goal was to make players feel as if they had jumped into the pages of a childhood picture book. I have to admit I like the look and feel of the game from its dark treelines and the muted colours of the foreground glades contrasted somewhat by the bright and vivid distant mountains. Creators at Moonlight Games and publishers DANGEN Entertainment have created a beautiful 2-D pixel Gothic-styled game. That mixes fast gameplay with a dark fantasy world filled with danger and mystery. If you love the Castlevania aesthetic with a dash of Bloodborne.
