Surviving the Aftermath: Shattered Hope – PC Review

Shattered Hope is the latest expansion for Surviving the Aftermath - the first being 'New Alliances'. The Shattered Hope DLC went live on Steam November 3rd 2022, building on the base game which launched October 19th 2019. Since quite a length of time has passed between the base game and the expansion, it makes you wonder what Iceflake Studios have been up to. Well, Shattered Hope brings a ton of new content, modifications and tweaks to the original game. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is the latest offering from game developers Fatshark released on 30th November 2022. The devs have had success previously with best-selling and award-winning Vermintide. Here however you are flung into a dystopian world full of corruption and war. The game sees you take the role of a repurposed prison escapee thrown into serving the army, who are fighting off a heretical cult known as the Admonition. STOP.....HAMMER TIME! Land Of The Vikings – PC Review

Developed by Laps Games and published by Iceberg Interactive comes Land of the Vikings. It's a Survival Strategy game, very reminiscent of Banished, another top quality survival strategy game. Land of the Vikings sees you lead your tribe to other inhibited lands trying to make a settlement whilst tackling all sorts of obstacles along the way, such as harsh winters and lack of food. Skál! Pentiment – PC Review

Pentiment was released on the 15th of November 2022 on Windows, Xbox, and Steam. It is a 2D adventure murder mystery from game developers Obsidian, known for their previous releases, Outer Worlds, Fallout New Vegas and more recently Grounded. It's safe to say the game strays from the game developers' usual 3D adventure games. This game has garnered a lot of attention lately and I was eager to see what the game has to offer. From Space is a top-down co-op action shooter that can be played solo or with up to four friends. This sci-fi adventure is by Triangle Studios (It Came from Space and Ate Our Brains) and brought to us by Curve Games (Autonauts vs Piratebots, Embr, I Am Fish). It is available on PC via Steam and on Switch as of November 3rd! Aliens Have Invaded in From Space! Alien invasions seem to be a popular genre in all types of entertainment media.
