Currently Playing: Old Shooter Games

As of late, I’ve been playing some old shooter games. Some I never had the chance to play before, while others I’m giving another play through on. For shooter games, I don’t enjoy as many of the new ones anymore, and I couldn’t really say why. But when I go back to older games, I still find them just as enjoyable as I did when I first played them. I’d love to see some games be made that play like Dark Watch, The Suffering, or even Ghost Hunter. I don’t overly play multiplayer as usually the ones I enjoy end up losing support from the devs. for example, Garden Warfare and Exoprimal. Or maybe my taste in multiplayer is just terrible! Anyway this list is for anyone who is looking for an old cheap single-player game. Here are some of the games I've currently played! Condemned: Criminal Ori...

Backlog Busting With Bug – #1

At the start of 2025 I have renewed my commitment to attacking my gaming backlog. I have a wide-ranging taste in video games, which results in me wanting to play lots of releases and simply not having the time or funds to do so. Even so, I have amassed a sizeable collection of games, both physically and digitally, and in this feature series I intend to tackle as many as I can. Every so often, I'll report back with thoughts on the games that I've completed. Hopefully by the end of the year I'll have reduced my pile significantly. If there's a game in here you think I should be prioritising, let me know in the comments and I'll try bump it up the list. Alternatively, I've listed most of my backlog, including digital titles, here. A Noble Quest Begins January started off fairly produ...
