Being a relatively young gamer I still grew up with and appreciate the classics. I was raised on Tony Hawk, resident evil, Majoras mask and many other early 2000s titles. When it comes to my taste in games, I typically gravitate towards narrative games, that’s why my favorite game of all time is life is strange. Though I enjoy every type of game so long as I have fun! Going in a totally different direction, my favorite game series is the Yakuza/Like a Dragon franchise. I typically try to 100% and get the platinum trophy for every game I play. The number one thing a game needs in my opinion is a great soundtrack, everything is amplified when it’s accompanied by good music.

Shadows of Doubt is an immersive sandbox detective stealth game developed by ColePowered Games and published by Fireshine Games. It was first released on PC in early access in April of last year, and launched in full release earlier this month. Available on PC, PlayStation5 and Xbox Series X|S, today I'll be taking a look at the PlayStation 5 version. Good cop, bad port. Shadows of Doubt encourages players to think like a private investigator and take on jobs to earn cash on your path to catching a serial killer. After two recent successful releases where you play as a Jedi, Star Wars Outlaws is “The first open-world Star Wars Game;” where you play as a regular nonforce sensitive thief, Kay Vess. Star Wars Outlaws was developed by Massive Entertainment, and published by Ubisoft. The game was released on August 30th, 2024 on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. Sony Announce Concord Server Closure

After seeing what Firewalk Studios had to offer in April 2023, Sony decided to acquire the studio. After a long wait, Concord was revealed at the Sony State Of Play in May of this year. Too Little, Too Late The initial reveal cinematic met a mixed reception. With gamers pointing out that the cutscene tone was too “we have guardians of the galaxy at home” and showed off some relatively bland character designs. Confidence was not instilled when Concord then went on to reveal that it was a 5v5 hero-based shooter. Which at present is an oversaturated genre. Until Then is a single-player visual novel narrative game from developer Polychroma Games. The game is set in a fictional version of the Philippines. Though I don't live in the Philippines, I found myself deeply immersed in its local culture and learned a lot about its people, while also experiencing a heartfelt narrative that truly resonates.
