My Friendly Neighborhood – PC Review

My Friendly Neighborhood was developed by John & Evan Szymanski and published with the help of Dreadxp. Begin investigating an abandoned film that has begun broadcasting again in this new survival horror. Released on the 18th of July this year, players can pick it up on Steam for £24.99. There's a lesson here What caught my eye with My Friendly Neighborhood is it looked fresh and unique compared to many other horror games. Yeah. Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara is set to release July 27th this year. Developed under collaboration between Chibig, Talpa Games and Undercoders, Koa is advertised as a relaxing and wholesome 3D platform adventure game. Although not even out yet, Koa has already received the 'Best Platformer Game' award at the Indie Dev Day 2022. Needless to say, I'm excited to check this one out. Newton's Third Law states "For every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction". Imagine you're playing Jenga. Each block removed from the tower solves your current problem but adds a potential future issue. Now, imagine that each Jenga block has a thread linked to 2 or 3 other blocks. SETTRIS PC Review

SETTRIS is a puzzle game of rotating and flipping block placement. It is developed and published by Zoo Corporation (Mystic Gate, Pretty Girls series). It is currently only available for PC on Steam. SETTRIS is Totally More Laid Back than Tetris Puzzle games have been around for ages. Some of them are nice and chill to pass the time, whereas others are anxiety-inducing. SETTRIS is thankfully among the former. I personally don't mind a mixture of the two though. Which type of puzzle game do you prefer? Gameplay SETTRIS is honestly a very simple game. Exoprimal – PC Review

The development team at Capcom have brought us a new game action game with dinosaurs. No, it isn't Dino Crisis remake we all hoped for, but a new online competitive shooter called Exoprimal. Players can suit up and go head to head as of July 14th of this year. You can buy the game on Steam, Xbox and PlayStation for £49.99 or the Deluxe Edition for £54.98. You should have stayed extinct! I've been eager to play Exoprimal since I saw the trailer last year. The first thing that caught my eye was obviously fighting large amounts of dinosaurs, but what really hooked me was the Exos. Dwerve – PC Review

If you're a fan of tower defence games, then the developers at Half Human Games have brought us their take on the genre with Dwerve. Released in May 2022, players can pick it up on Steam for £15.49. The soundtrack is also available for an additional £7.19 for those who love to collect music. Not all heroes carry swords I find this genre relaxing and not too demanding, which makes it a great way to pass the time. Games like Bloons TD 6 and Plants vs Zombies instantly come to mind. Both were great games, but what interested me with Dwereve is that it is more story-focused. I'm hoping for a nice selection of towers to use and a rich story I can get lost in. It’s Only Money Early Access- PC Review

It's Only Money was released in early access by developers Usual Suspects Studios on 16th June and its overall score on Steam is Very Positive. The game is a third-person sandbox simulation game where they encourage you to "steal back the city". I got a chance to get a hands-on look at the game and share my thoughts. Money makes the world go round. The game boasts a similar game style to that of GTA but is seemingly more quirky and random. I love a bit of quirky humour in my games and know I'll love this one. Bandit Brawler – PC Review

After a hard day at work there is nothing better than a good bar fight, or so I am told. Titanite Games have decided to make that a reality for all with their latest release Bandit Brawler. Obviously, there are a few drawbacks, you have to rob and pillage a lot to be a true bandit, so that's officially now your day job. The self-publishing team known as Embers has developed a light-hearted action-adventure game called Strayed Lights. This game was released back in April of this year. If you want to check it out for yourself, then it's available on Steam, GOG, Epic, Switch, PlayStation and Xbox for £20.99 Hope burns bright.
