WWE 2K26 – PS5 Review

With Wrestlemania around 2 weeks away, I thought it was time that I brought the WWE 2K26 review out of the shadows. Just like Danhausen appearing on screen, the review has tormented me. It's been both an absolute joy playing the game, but with the sheer amount of modes, it's also been a difficult one. I always try to play through each mode to give a great indication of just what has changed, and I set out with the same plan. You. Are. Cursed As is standard for a lot of these reviews of the latest game in a series. I'll just concentrate on what's new for this year, and touch on some of the other bits and pieces that are worth a mention. So let's see if CM Punk can be both the champ, and deliver a great story. Gameplay WWE 2K26 returns just in time for the run to Wrestlemania, and with i...

iFi iDSD Phantom Review

With what could possibly be the most expensive piece of tech we've ever reviewed here at Thumb Culture. The iFi iDSD Phantom is not only priced at £4,499, it is also an incredible piece of engineering. Now I'm not an audiophile, but I've been around sound equipment for years, so I know what sounds good. From being in numerous bands, through to running a sound desk for other artists playing music. My life is always accompanied by music of some sort. So I hope that I've got the credentials to bring my thoughts to you. Phantom Power, or Powerful Phantom? So having released earlier this year, we've been testing this out for a couple of months. Just to make sure that we got the most out of it, we paired it with a set of bookshelf speakers from Edifier, the R1280DB that we have covered here. F...

Now I know what you're thinking, "Tell me, Stu, when are you going to make use of something like this?" Well, good question, imaginary Stu, I'm going to try and explain just what this gorgeous-looking unit does, and just what advantages it can bring to your setup. Design Features...
