ARK DLC Delivers Seasonal Treats
The latest update to ARK: Survival Evolved comes free for all players and introduces a brand new map. ‘Lost Island’ is a community mod that’s now been introduced as an official map and features three brand new creatures. Amargasaurus, Sinomacrops, and fan-chosen Dinopithecus all feature in the new playable update. You can unleash thermal hell from atop your Amargasaurus, glide into battle with Sinomacrops at your back, or treat your enemies to a shower of Tek-disabling Dinopithecus dung!
Lost Island offers 150 sq km of new biomes, new challenges, and mysterious ruins. Build treehouses, brave treacherous snowy peaks or deep dive under giant waterfalls in brand new jungle valleys.
Winter Wonderland
Also launching in-game is this festive season’s Winter Wonderland Event. Players can get involved in the seasonal fun right now until January 6th. There’ll be a variety of winter goodies and gifts up for grabs for those taking part in the event. RaptorClaus is coming! He’s going to be dropping off a range of high-end loot as well as mistletoe and coal for those survivors on the naughty list.
GachaClaus has also returned, looking for eager recipients, accepting coal and mistletoe in exchange for festive gifts such as a full Santa costume, new skins, weapons, armour, or 5 new Chibis!
