Grandma, No! – PC Demo Preview

Grandma, No! is an Adventure Sandbox is developed by Wallride and published by Super Rare Originals.  Wallride is known for its very fun and chaotic nature if you ever play EleMetals. You should watch their video to see just how chaotic these developers are.  Honestly, what caught my eye about this game is just how limitless I can do something that will break another thing. So, get ready, because I'm going to say chaos/chaotic a lot in this preview review. Grandma is out here with a bottomless watering can and rapid fire toots. What in the Felix the cat thing is going on?! Gameplay I will tell you now, Grandma, No! is a game where your brain should always be off. Don't think, don't worry and just trust your gut with what you do. There is a bit of story happening at the start from what...

Overthrown – PC Preview

Overthrown is a new game hitting early access today, December 5th. Created by Brimstone and published by Maximum Entertainment, the game itself is a city builder with you being its ever watchful Queen. I’ve seen TikTok videos of Overthrown and it looks pretty good. If you are curious to play it yourself, then head on over to the Steam page. Nothing is gonna stop me! Gameplay Overthrown offers two map sizes for the player, Foothills, which is medium size and a larger one called Seaside Cliffs. When you drop into your newly created world, a crown will be noticeable in the distances. It gives you the power to build, and this is how we will create our kingdom. A small tutorial is there, but it doesn’t really go that in depth. Unlike other games where you would begin making tool...

Industry Giant 4.0 – PC Preview

Industry Giant 4.0 is a business simulator game by Munich-based devs Don Vs Dodo and published by Toplitz Productions. Launching on PC on 24th Oct, I had the chance to play the demo of what is a hopeful revival of the Industry Giant franchise. Ah, Breaker One-Nine, This Here's The Rubber Duck! The first Industry Giant game was released in 1997. Oasis had just released their 3rd album "Be Here Now", and Backstreet Boys were telling everyone that "Backstreet's Back" while the Spice Girls were getting us to "Spice Up Your Life". Meanwhile, gamers around the world were playing GoldenEye 007 on their Nintendo while others were venturing into a strange top-down game called Grand Theft Auto. Life was good. There were subsequent offerings of Industry Giant 2 in 2002 and then a spiritual 3rd e...

Satisfactory – PC Review

Satisfactory is a first-person factory simulator set in an open world. It was originally available for the first year exclusively on Epic when it hit early access in March of 2019. Developed by Coffee Stain Studios (Goat Simulator) and published by Coffee Stain Publishing (Deep Rock Galactic, Valheim), it opened a new chapter with a 1.0 release in September. If you're looking to sink a lot of time into a game, pick it up today on Steam or the Epic Games store. Symmetry is so Satisfactory I'll just be flat out up front: I don't know when exactly I'll be done playing Satisfactory. I completely underestimated just how much depth it has brought to the table. Especially when you compare it to when it first went into early access. Needless to say I will be putting in quite a lot more time to t...
