It’s the Week 2 of November on PlayStation, and we will be finishing the week at the halfway point. With the crack of the whip I received last week, I thought I’d get the head start. I had it all planned out, and then Path of The Exiles 2 was delayed! So not to anger the Editors twice in a row I made my choices nice and early. And here they are.
Farming Simulator 25 (PS5) – November 12th
Farming Simulator 25 saturates farms with plenty of vehicles and gameplay elements, graphical enhancements, and also new water making it possible to grow rice – expanding the agricultural variety and precision tune of the family-friendly series.
Gameplay – More New Crops, Animals, etc.
Explore the world of farming to build the greatest agricultural empire in a rice paddy landscape in East Asia, an environment abundant in wide open spaces in North America, or a green fields between ponds and rivers of Central Europe.
Try planting two different varieties of rice (as well as spinach and many new crops—over 20 in total available). Along with cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, and horses join mighty buffalos and other animals, new production chains and construction missions are also adding more business to expand your empire.
LEGO Horizon Adventures (PS5) – November 14th
Far off in the future, the soil is LEGO bricks and massive dinosaur-like machines stalk the land. The game centers around Aloy, who as a baby is discovered in a cave and raised by a grizzled huntsman named Rost, who teaches her the ways of the wild. Then Aloy sets out on an adventure and nature has a way of deciding peoples’ fate. When a thousand-year-old hologram of a scientist named Elisabet leads her this time, Aloy must confront Helis, the leader of a cult of sun worshippers and devotee of some Ancient Evil whose true nature remains to be seen. Aloy and company have much more in store for them, as their travels will take them over the highest peaks and the lowest depths of cauldrons — both masterfully recreated in LEGO bricks.
Pursue your own mischief or team up with another player to share the fun either on the same couch with split screen or online* for a magical co-op experience. LEGO Horizon Adventures is built for two-player action to not split-screen the contestants so family and friends can create bonds through gameplay.
Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake (PS5) – November 14th
Years ago, the great hero Ortega bid farewell to his wife and child as he set off on a quest to defeat the villainous Archfiend, Baramos. Ortega failed his quest, and Baramos still threatens the world. Now, on their sixteenth birthday, Ortega’s only child is summoned by the king of Aliahan and entrusted with a mission of the highest import: to take on Ortega’s quest, vanquish Baramos, and save the world.
