Red Dead Redemption – PC Review

It's time to get back in the saddle and take up John Marston's reins. Red Dead Redemption has finally made its way to PC. Rockstar's second adventure in the wild west initially released in May 2010 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and received critical acclaim. Undead Nightmare was released a few months later as an expansion on the original story which featured John Marston fighting against the hoards of undead as they tried to take over the West and Mexico. Controversially, I loved the first Red Dead Redemption more than its sequel. It had me gripped from the start and had one of the best online multiplayer systems ever, the online in the second game doesn't even come close. Add in Undead Nightmare - probably one of the best DLCs of all time, if you ask me - and it was an all round p...

There are also plans for it to be available via GOG at a later date. That's no Moon! With a title like Moon Mystery, one expects to spend a fair amount of time on the moon. I'm here to inform you that in this game, that is not the case. Are there any games that come to your mind when thinking how a simple title held a larger world than you expected within? I'd have to say this is definitely one of them for me. Gameplay In Moon Mystery, you set out to discover a way back home ...

Death of the Reprobate – PC Review

Death of the Reprobate is the follow up game to The Procession to Calvary from solo indie developer Joe Richardson, and the final game within the Immortal John Triptych. Those unfamiliar with Richardson's work and who love Monty Python style humour really should rectify this immediately. And yes I am saying this because I am biased! The games are literal works of art. Renaissance art to be precise. However, if you're of a sensitive disposition this is not the review, nor game for you. Nudity, Vulgarity and Renaissance Artwork I have been a fan of Joe Richardson's works since I stumbled upon The Procession To Calvary during the good old Covid lockdowns of 2020. With nothing to do aside staying in my house working and parenting a toddler, I slowly lost my mind. Giving me the perfect mindse...

If you’re a fan of Kingdom Two Crowns, then Monarchy should pique your interest. Meanwhile, Monarchy could be a close cousin, sharing that same base-building, resource-managing vibe. However, we’re eager to see how its 2D digital art style— instead of the pixelated look—might brin...
