Voidling Bound PC Review

Voiding Bound is an Action, Adventure, RPG made in-house by Hatchery Games. This game brings in what feels like Pokémon. If you can play as them and roam around with the mutations that each species that the game has. With the area being a playground holding secrets and no boundaries unless gravity happens. Let's collect the mutagens and start this review! With the amount of eggs I'm collecting, I might as well start a egg farm. Gameplay Voiding Bound has us playing as the Wrangler. A person in a crew of 5 people roaming the galaxies to stop the spread of the infection that's spreading among many other planets in the galaxy. However, the only things immune to the Legion's parasites are voidlings. Furthermore, these creatures that we're able to take and link up with to take over and att...

Rune Dice PC Review

Rune Dice is a Strategy RPG from the minds at Smart Raven Studio. With publishing assistance from Kwalee. Rune Dice is honestly a very unique concept when working with dice and combat. And the interesting conditions to be met when unlocking characters had me playing for hours on end. Now, let's legally grab our dice and get ready to roll for this review! Remember, explosive dice are your best friend, but RNG....it's getting personal! Gameplay The gameplay for Rune Dice is honestly a game of pool minus the pockets and with almost the same amount of planning. I swear the game had me questioning sending the die to a wall to do a trick shot. Which was necessary to fully understand to perform the needed 40 combo dice to unlock the Archer. Sure, you need the aim to properly get this combo t...

The Spell Brigade – PC Review

The Spell Brigade is an Action Rougelike Survivor game from Bolt Blaster Games. The game gives me the mix of Vampire Survivor and a dash of Deep Rock Galactic" Survivor for the mobs. The one aspect that makes it different from those two is that this game starts with Co-op. In fact, they encourage you to play with others. Thankfully, Bolt Blaster kindly gave enough keys to play with others to fully experience the game. So, I'll be giving my full thoughts and opinion on the game. Now everyone, pick your wizard, collect the mana and let's fight the final boss known as this review. See...when you give me a game like this with wizards, I'm hoping a reference of Ball Wizard can one day be reality. Gameplay We start as just a normal orb wizard. Destroying creatures we know aren't friendly...

Kazuma Kaneko’s Tsukuyomi Switch Review

Kazuma Kaneko's Tsukuyomi is a Rouge-like, Tabletop, RPG from COLOPL Inc. A revised version of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter that was released on May 6th 2025. Updating a few bit from the original from a larger story, one new character, a better interface and fixing the card effects in battles. For some, people who came to play this game because Kazuma Kaneko's name is on the game. Which for those who don't know, he's the original artist for the demons in the Megami Tensei series. But let's get to the bottom of this case. However, don't be surprised when we get to discussing the art portion of the review. Slaying the Spire II has prepared me for this game a bit too much. What does it mean to be a Tsukuyomi We start off playing as Tsukuyomi of Izayoi appearing in the Hashira. This co...

Pragmata PS5 Review

Pragmata is an Action, Adventure game from Capcom. A game that was first revealed at the start of the PS5's life back in 2020. It was honestly one of the main reason I originally got a PS5. Which we got a good, strong time of hearing nothing about this project and just hoping to hear something about it. Like the game Little Devil Inside which I'm still waiting to hear something about that game. With some people enjoying Pragmata for not only the gameplay, but the message within it. Others are just tearing it down for clout. Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream Switch Review

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is Simulation game that comes from in house from Nintendo. This is the long awaited sequel to the Tomodachi Life game that was on the DS. Which was over 10 years ago and was a really popular game to play. Originally I watched this one Youtuber called Vinesauce and that's all they wrote. The random things that happen in the game while you're away is even funnier. When you pick up the game, you can create Miis of yourself, real people or characters from any fictional world. Now I will say this, this game takes time and you can rush through it by certain means. However, I recommend that you take your time and enjoy the journey and the life the game creates for itself. Now let's set back and allow the review to take on a life of its own. What do you mean th...

KuloNiku: Bowl Up! PC Review

KuloNiku: Bowl Up! is Casual, Indie, Simulator from the same minds from Knight vs Giants, Gambir Studio. With the well known publisher Raw Fury. The same company that helped release Two Crowns, one very addictive game that I have over 100 hours in. KuloNiku is honestly inspiring me to make some interesting and tasty dishes. Yet, I've been really curious about the meatballs recipe that grandma made for the Protag to use. Now, let's get ready to chop some chilis, add some meatballs and start this review. Who comes into a ramen to ask for no soup in there ramen?! There's an Olive Oil Greenhouse down the road! Order up! KuloNiku: Bowl Up! has us starting by choosing the name and gender of the Protag. (Who I picked as my partner Yami) Which afterwards we discover that us with our close ...

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection PC Review

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection (MHS3) is an Adventure RPG from the company making bangers for 2026, Capcom. As the number shows, this is the third installment to the Monster Hunter Stories. The story of the game takes place 200 years after the events in MHS2. Now, since I got to play the second entry, I can tell the major improvements to this current game. So, without further ado, let's start the review and get some Monsties. When you need eggs, courage and an understanding of how rock-paper-scissors works, you too can hunt Monsties. Gameplay MHS3 begins with a slightly generous character customization screen. What? You thought I was going to start with the story? We'll get to that after this, don't worry. Now, I will say that Capcom gave a nice selection for customizing...

Homura Hime – PC Review

Homura Hime is an action game from developers Crimson Dusk and publishing company PLAYISM. As this is their first game, Crimson Dusk jump into the gaming scene with quite an impressive offering. From the combat and parrying mechanics, to the beautiful and amazing character designs, this game checks every box on my list. But, with every good thing there are slight flaws. However, it is a bit early to talk about that. Fun fact: Homura Hime literally translates to 'Flame Princess'. Floating Swords and Bullet Hell Parry Adventures. Gameplay We play as titular character Hormura Hime, the Flame Princess who is the strongest exorcist of all time. Hormura works with the top shrine maiden, who assists with shooting from a distance. Oddly, she can transform into a device that she crafted to be ...

Solateria PC Review

Solateria is an Action, Adventure Metroidvania from the creative minds at Studio Doodal. With publishing assistance from Shinsegae Information. Solateria has the look and feel of Hollow Knight, but with a heavy lean into parrying. Yes, I know what you're thinking. This is the second game in a row that has the Protag being fire based. With leaning hard on parrying being the main mechanic. The game is actually a blazing time that would have you learn your enemy's pattern and timing. Almost like a Souls like game since executing a perfect parry brings in more damage. So grab yourself the energy of your choice of energy drink and remember the golden rule when attempting Metroidvania bosses. Get some sleep and try again another day. If I had a nickel for how many games I'd review this that...
