Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time DLC – PC Review

The latest update Disney Dreamlight Valley (DDLV) welcomes Jack Skellington and the addition of a brand new paid expansion pack, A Rift in Time. Published by Gameloft, Disney Dreamlight Valley was first released in early access on September 6th, 2022 for most consoles and PCs. Since then, Gameloft has steadily released free updates every 3 - 6 months, including new characters, stories, quests, and more. The game officially came out of early access on December 5th, 2023. A Rift in Time is the latest addition and is the first paid update that is currently retailing for £24.99 on PC. It is important to note that this does require the base game which is £33.49. Tevi – PC Review

Through the adventure going through Tevi, I've experienced some great storytelling and amazing world building. But something got caught in the cogwheel during my playthrough. And it was the time around me that would disappear playing. No regrets. Tevi is an Action, Adventure Metroidvania with some Bullet Hell splashing on there by a bucket. Developed by CreSpirit who also made a similar game format called Rabi-Rabi that I've had the pleasure of experiencing before. The game first appeared on people's radars at the OTK Games Expo 2023 on June 13th. They've even hosted a demo event from 7/21 - 8/18 to let people try it before people can wishlist it. The Invincible – PS5 Review

The Invincible is a narrative-focused adventure developed by Starward Industries and published by 11 Bit Studios (Children of Morta). Starward are a Polish studio delivering its debut game with staff having worked on The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077. The game is based on Stanislaw Lem's 1964 novel of the same name. Set in the distant future, you play Dr Yasna who ends up on the desert planet Regis III suffering from amnesia. The game has elements in common with Firewatch but also movies such as Annihilation & Arrival when it comes to tone and narrative. Cuisineer – PC Review

Through my journey in Cuisineer I've learned some things. Food is very paw-erful and if you know what you're doing, you'll be the cat's meow. Don't worry, there'll be more cat puns. Cuisineer is an Action, Adventure, RPG developed by perfectly named BattleBrew Production and published by Marvelous Europe and XSEED. I originally heard about this game through Steam Next Fest in June and fell in love with the demo. This hidden gem of a game has been the cat's meow ever since and it's well earned. Forget about your Spider-People, Italian plumbers, and various camouflage-clad soldiers because there's a game that may have slipped under your radar this month. Laika: Aged Through Blood, developed by Brainwash Gang and published on PC by Headup Games, was released via Steam on October 19th. My wife peaked over my shoulder to see that the cow and chicken seemed familiar to her. When I told her that was the old Harvest Moon chicken and cow, she also pointed out something else. She saw Rune Factory in the gameplay and asked about if it had a romance option. I told her and she looked at me like it was my fault. Silent Hope is an Action Hack and Slash RPG that was developed by Marvelous and published by XSEED Games. It felt like they were keeping this game under wraps since there was never any mention of the game. The game's initial release was Oct. 3rd and available on the Nintendo Switch and Steam.
