Karate Survivor – PC Review

Ever wanted to be an ‘80s action hero but with a twist of absurdity? Enter Karate Survivor, where the streets are your dojo, your fists are your tools, and the teeth you collect from fallen enemies are the key to growing stronger. Developed and published by Alawar, this roguelike is most similar to Enter The Gungeon and Binding of Isaac, but focuses on an arcade feel and using your fists and melee weapons instead of more ranged ones. With heart and humour, it's perfect for anyone who dreams of clearing out bad guys with a plastic flamingo. The game is available on Steam for the introductory price of £3.86. Karate Survivor: Tooth Collecting, Bread Breaking, and ‘80s Arcade Action Karate Survivor is calling your name if you’re ready to dive into a roguelike that trades bullet hell chaos fo...

Vampire Hunters 1.0 Release – PC Review

Vampire Hunters is a roguelite, 3D survivors fps by Gamecraft Studios (For Sparta, Rogue Summoner). It rolled out of early access and into a full 1.0 release on October 30th. The game is available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox One/X|S. Like Some Version of DOOM and Vampire Survivors' Lovechild. I'm no stranger to the FPS or Survivors genres. The latter has more recently become a popular form of entertainment for me on the go. With titles like Vampire Survivors, Halls of Torment, and Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor being easy to pick up and play. It looks like Vampire Hunters is trying to give that survivors aspect a different perspective. Any crossover games that come to mind of similar type? Let me know what I should be checking out after my thoughts on the game belo...

Here at Thumb Culture, we covered the news of the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom last month. Since then I've been taking my time with the game to make sure I give it a fair review. Why? Well, because I am not a Legend of Zelda fan. Now, don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Link's Awakening back in 1993 on my Gameboy, but I haven't really touched a Zelda game since. No time like the present I guess! Here Come The Girls You can buy a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom right now on the Nintendo Store. Simple, you don't even need Navi to guide you! Gameplay As mentioned above, I've never been a massive Legend of Zelda fan, I've always dipped my toe in and tried the games just in case my feelings changed.
