February is the month of love, and 2025 will be even more so. Team17 Digital and developer Sassy Chap Games have announced their sandbox dating simulator, Date Everything! will launch on 14 February 2025. Date Everything! lets players explore a world where even the most ordinary objects hold romantic potential. The game will be available for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S upon launch.

Romance is alive and well

Date Everything! brings a new twist on the dating simulator genre. The game begins with you unfortunately losing your customer service job to AI. However all is not as miserable as it may seem. A mysterious stranger has sent you a gift to cheer you up – magical glasses called ‘dateviators’. Upon putting them on you realise they’ve made your house come alive, and more importantly dateable! Equipped with “Dateviator” glasses, players chat with everything from the laundry basket to the air itself, discovering unique personalities and outcomes.

The game’s Lead Designer Ray Chase revealed the launch date of Date Everything! in a recent State of Build announcement trailer. That’s not all though. Ray also gave an insight into what the dev team have been up to these past months, the game’s current state and some of the unexpected discoveries that happened during development. With some sneaky looks at some never before revealed characters for good measure too of course! You can watch that video below, we know very handy!
