Your morning coffee is about to get a lot cuter! Creature raising, café management game Critter Café will be opening its doors from 26th November on PC and Nintendo Switch. Developer Sumo Digital and Publisher Secret Mode have also announced a Critter Café demo! The demo will be available as part of Steam Next Fest on 14th -21st October.
About Critter Café
When a mysterious portal in your new home reveals a long-lost Critter stuck within you must help them. Set out to rescue every unique Critter and build a welcoming café for townsfolk and Critters alike. 35 Critters are waiting to be saved from mysterious portals, each with a new puzzle to challenge your wits. Once saved, Critters can be invited into your café, free to roam as you pour coffee and deliver cakes to customers or serving as the star attraction for special bookings.
Key Game Features:
- Discover Mysterious Portals. Seek out rifts in the world to open a portal to another and guide the Critters lost within. Welcome these lost Critters to your café family and grow your bond to reveal more portals. Make your way through the strange new locations beyond the rift with magical tools entrusted to you by your Critter friends.
- Make It Your Own. As you grow your café, your new island home and its residents will provide inspirations for refurbishing your café and its magical sanctuary. There’s plenty for your own wardrobe too! Swap your character’s appearance and style as often as you like.
- Here For Each Other. Run a wholesome café alongside your fantastical friends. Arrange the perfect space for a booked event with Critters customer’s will adore. Or open the café for general business and master your customer’s requests for the best visit possible.
