Death of the Reprobate Launching Soon

Official key art for the game Death of the Reprobate. Image is made up of a collage of renaissance style paintings

Death of the Reprobate is the follow up game to The Procession to Calvary from solo indie developer Joe Richardson. With the release of Death of the Reprobate on November 7th the Immortal John Triptych will be complete. Those unfamiliar with Joe’s work and who love Monty Python style humour really should rectify this immediately. And yes I am saying this because I am biased! The games are literal works of art. Renaissance art to be precise. And believe me, the juxtaposition of the art and the storyline makes the game all the funnier.

A Renaissance of Butt Jokes.

Immortal John is dying. As his last surviving heir, you have been summoned to hear his dying wish. A dying wish like no other…

Put simply Death of the Reprobate is a point and click adventure game about helping people and being a good person. Not so simply it is a game built from the luscious landscapes, turbulent townscapes and preposterous portraits of real Renaissance paintings where the story is never as it seems.

Now normally in one of these news pieces I would share the launch date trailer and we would all marvel at it’s new reveals. However in true Joe Richardson style, the launch date trailer is literally an unveiling of the date. With no insight into the game. So instead enjoy the previously released teaser trailer.
