0 2K has made a huge announcement today! They have founded a new wholly-owned game development studio under the Company’s publishing label. The new development studio is called Cloud Chamber. The studio will have a team of collective storytellers over 2 locations. The first will be at 2k’s San Francisco Bay areas HQ in Novato, Cali. Cloud Chamber will also be based in Montreal, Quebec, this will be the first-ever 2K studio opening in Canada.
So here comes some even more amazing news for all you gamers! Cloud Chamber has already started to work on the next iteration of a game many of us put hours into. That title is the globally acclaimed Bioshock, however, this will be in development for the next several years. It is safe to say we are looking forward to more information on this as it evolves.

It really great to see the gaming industry grow and grow, there will be more amazing titles along with some amazing opportunities for a lot of people. I think this latest news from 2K is definitely one to watch. It’s quite safe to say that if the new Bioshock has the same hype that the previous ones have, it will be a hit!
