Devil May Cry has had an interesting history. First debuting on the PlayStation 2 the game was originally intended to be Resident Evil 4. During development it evolved its own style and thusly became its own franchise. Featuring a unique hack and slash style it was an instant hit. Spirit of the North Enhanced Edition on PS5 was developed by indie team Infuse Studio and published by Merge Games in November 2020. It was previously released on PS4 in February 2019 and later on Switch and Steam in May 2020. This Enhanced Edition boasts 4k 60fps gameplay and updated textures, lighting and objects. Yes, the same Rare that did Goldeneye 007. Perfect Dark took the Goldeneye 007 formula and refined it to become its spiritual successor.
