THE GAME AWARDS 2016: LIVEBLOG, LIVESTREAM

The Game Awards return. Who will be taking home the metal angel spiky thing this year?

Here we go then! It’s that time of year all over again, The Game Awards 2016 seemingly single handedly created by one Geoff Keighley, is back to show us all some brand new trailers and give us a glimpse of Troy Baker’s sparkly eyes.

Oh, and to give out some awards, I guess.

Keep it locked to Thumb Culture as we’ll be live-blogging the whole ceremony, along with livestreaming it above (you may have noticed the big ass video above this particular sentence you’re reading now).

Not only that, Sean and myself (Rossko. Hi!) will be recording a live reaction to the whole damn thing throughout which will be thrown into a video that we plan to go live as soon as possible after the event.

Until then! Enjoy the liveblog, and enjoy The Game Awards!

  3. Anyway, The Game Awards have always been about the game trailers rather than the actual awards (it’s true, look it up), so with that in mind, what games do you want to see? We’ve already had the odd one leaked here and there (TellTale Marvel is a safe bet to get a shout out tonight)…plus we’ve just seen Randy Pitchford tweet he’s announcing something……Borderlands 3?

  4. Marvel vs Capcom 4? That’s also a shoe-in at this point….
